Jasmin Mous from Quora shares her experience to the question (Why are some people always single?). In her response, she writes;
I’ve never had a romantic relationship. I suppose I can respond. My justifications are pretty basic. I’m willing to go into a relationship. Simply said, it hasn’t happened for me yet. I haven’t met someone who has really piqued my curiosity. Although I would really like to meet someone, I won’t force myself to do something I don’t want to. Like me, many other people go about their daily lives without dating. Some people meet their true match at age 15, while others wait until they are 45. It’s just the way life is sometimes.
Cheers!
Jasmin Mous was 19 when she first went on a solo world tour… But Sandia Kusuma has a different perspective on the same topic. She writes; Personally, I’m quite content to remain alone for the rest of my life. I understand that the majority of people aspire to marriage and parenthood, but not me. I don’t enjoy other people’s company, prefer a bed, a room, and a house for myself, and also don’t want to make someone else’s problems into my problems and taking care of it or being responsible for it (let’s face it, everyone, including me, has their own bullshit — so I couldn’t stand the idea of having that exact and same someone live by my side for the rest of my life).
