The Legacy of Excellence Awards ceremony for 2021/2022 was held on January 14, 2022, at the opulent Tomreik Hotel in East Legon, Accra. A star-studded affair attended by the crème de la crème of society, including Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Edoh Yat, Filla Man, Samira Sinare, and Assin Talks, among many others.
And who was the star of the show? The coveted Hiplife Artist of the Year award went to none other than the electrifying SparrowBiom, much to the joy of his devoted fans and unwavering support team. SparrowBiom’s outstanding talent and hard work were recognized in such a grand manner, and it was a time of pure pride and joy.
He carried his energy to the 1st African Music Awards of 2021/2022 once more, proving that he meant business. And, true to form, he triumphed once more, taking home the coveted Hiplife Performer of the Year award. This is a testament to his incredible ability, unwavering dedication, and unwavering hard work. As if that weren’t enough, he also earned another award! Just when we thought he was unwinding, he went and added another award to his already remarkable collection. The Central Entertainment and Business Awards 21/22 (CEBA) may be based in the central region, but they are creating waves all over the world.
And it was at this event that the multi-talented Sparrowbiom took home the award for Best Music Video of the Year for his hit single “CoinsAndppaper.” The event’s theme was “Igniting the Regional Vibe through Business and Entertainment,” Sparrowbiom’s victory exemplifies how music and business can come together to produce something truly unique. Finally, but not least, we have the Global TikTok Awards on 22/23 to talk about. Sparrowbiom beat out six other competitors to win the prestigious title of New Artist of the Year.
