Shaibu, a young and driven rapper who performs under the stage name REVLAYTION, has put a lot of effort into making a name for himself. He admits that his passion for dancing laid the groundwork for his entire career in the entertainment industry. Any of his friends may vouch for his amazing passion for dancing.
Revlaytion stated in an interview with Apprise session that he first didn’t think he could be a musician. He simply enjoyed dancing and being in familiar surroundings. However, this all changed after he had a dream in which he saw himself singing on stage and winning the audience over. He interpreted it as a sign to step outside of his comfort zone and don his coat of investigation in order to discover whether he possessed that hidden potential. He started off with covers. Sarkodie served as his main role model as he was growing up. Revlaytion is inspired by everything the renowned rap icon represents. Sarkodie has been a musical influence on him ever since he first became interested in showbiz. He emphasizes the moral character of his favorite rapper, emphasizing the way he speaks, acts, and lives to the utmost.
CREATIVE PROCESS: Like his motivator, Revlaytion enjoys basing his raps on current events and important issues that concern the average Ghanaian. Revlaytion is able to reduce some of the stress felt by music fans by reassuring them that there is light at the end of any dark tunnel.

His most recent creation – The Ghana Card, which is his current release, is inspired by the current Vice President; Mahamudu Bawumia’s statement about preferring the Ghana Card over the construction of a thousand interchanges. Revlaytion found it amusing how quickly, Ghanaians pounced on it, with discussions about the Ghana Card’s ability to feed the needy and heal the sick springing up.
