“A-TEEN” is the next Big Star everyone need to watch out for!

Desmond Ayihi, also known as A-TEEN in the music industry, is a name that will soon explode in the music industry. The rap artist of the hit track “Ready” is forging an undeniable brand for himself with steady and sure progress. He is a Natural when it comes to philosophical music, and many of his songs contain real-life stories that elicit strong feelings and ideas from its audience.

    EARLY LIFE OF A-TEEN

Childhood wasn’t as enjoyable for A-Teen as it was for most kids. Being an introvert, he preferred to keep to himself around the throng. Rap music by artists like Sarkodie, Eminem, E.L, Joey B, Chris Brown, Joyner Lucas, Drake, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar was his comfort zone growing up in a broken but disciplined environment. He was motivated by these songs’ lyrics. Songs that inspired him to grow beyond his former self.

He attended Holy Child School in Sakumono and Precious School Complex, Michelle camp for his fundamental education respectively. He completed SHS at Mfantsipim College Cape Coast after completing JHS and he graduated in 2018. Pursuing his dreams, he wanted to major in Software engineering at IPMC after developing an interest in I.T. but he had to postpone his plans for a while owing to personal matters but confident and optimistic that his desire for higher education in I.T. will continue despite this.

    TURNING POINT.

Growing up, A-Teen discovered his lifelong love for music; as a result he channelled all of his feelings and anything he wanted to communicate into music, which worked like magic for him. He started developing his gift in secret, with just a select group of his colleagues aware of it. He started penning his own tunes and improved. The artist often needs fewer than 30 minutes, including breaks, to finish a song.

In the chorus of his debut song “Ready”, he shares his life experiences and empowers his listeners to be prepared and steadfast for when blessings and support arrives and never to give up. He has the opinion that until you succeed, most people won’t believe in you. Presently, there are no music videos yet for Ready by Original Dynamic Beats (ODB).  His second song, “Ten,” similarly says volumes about human enmity and animosity, as well as the importance of never giving up. “Despite the terrible words, I believe in myself and what God has given me with, therefore I won’t allow bad energy keep me down,” A-Teen said whiles explaining the inspiration behind the song. “Ten is a perfect score, which is why I used it as the title of my song.”

Ready By A-TEEN is finally out on all Digital Platforms.
