Ghana’s Grammy awards hopeful, Nii Lante Okunka Blankson, popularly known as Knii Lante is out on an amazing musical adventure with his fans and all music lovers as he drops his first official single of 2023.
The medical doctor cum musician has released ‘Adiakye’, a hybrid of reggae and drill today, Friday, September 29. This song being his first release of the year is set out to make amends for all the months he has been starving his fans and all music lovers across the globe of his sweet and mesmerizing voice mixed with great production. ‘Adiakye’ is produced by budding producer Master Maison and features prolific rapper, Chymny Crane.
As a lover man as Knii is, this single is no different from his catalog of love songs. This song predominantly reflects the love life of 2 lovers waking up in the morning and going through the day with love and happiness. Knii Lante is an established sort after Ghanaian hit-making musician with numerous hit songs to his credit with multiple awards to show his feat.
Knii Lante over the past few years gave a hint about his upcoming body of work. He first mentioned a reggae EP in an interview with King Lagazee on Asaase FM earlier this year and later revealed in another interview about the quality of works he has in his studio and can’t wait to have them released to the general public.
In recent times, Knii received a lot of applause for his patriotic activities. Prior to the 2022 World Cup, Knii composed a song to urge the Black Stars of Ghana on to victory.
